It’s a tale as old as time….

William Holtz was born in the city but grew up amongst the forests, float camps and fishboats of the central British Columbia coastline, a third-generation beachcomber fascinated by the hidden treasures of the natural world.

Local old growth wood became his passion, and his inspiration for Holtz Uber Kraft. William has spent the last two decades collecting, curing and finishing rare, ancient and extraordinary cedar, maple, fir
and cypress panels and burls. These pieces are destined to become stunningly beautiful heirloom furnishings and decor pieces for the most discriminating collectors of West Coast natural art.
